    Almost 18m new shares going to Medcan under the 'Facilitation Agreement' ...

    At least they could have attached a piece showing what part of the agreement covers this ! Jeez...
    Is it a quarterly or annual issue ?

    With mis-trusting the BoD, now I have to find time to track down the details...or maybe someone remembers here ?
