Linked. From Steve Promniitz's 3Y posted 4 September 2020. Yes, if you paid 3 cents for them, they would need to get to 13 cents to be in the money on the exercise date. Until 15 June 2021 they are treated just like the ordinary shares and the 10 cents factor doesn't apply i.e. buy them, say, @ .037, you could sell them any day between now and 15 June 2021 for whatever the price is on the market at that time.
Keep in mind that with Options, you won't be eligible to participate in any "discounted" SPPs.
