    Hi,

    the LTIP is not so simple.

    shareholders only vote once and if approved, the LTIP can continue indefinitely. Also the hurdles you mentioned are only for this calendar year. After that BOD will decide the level of hurdles and amount of money which can be dished out (upto a maximum of 15% issued capital in any one year).
