Sorry, you are right about the ongoing ability of the Board to use their discretion in the future and basically do what they like if these resolutions get ratified. I had it in my mind to make mention of it but got waylaid.
Also they have the right to make "pro rata" payments if the thresholds are not met. Why have them then?
