So Peter , given we are agreed ROK has been / is mismanaged, (past board & current, but will agree to disagree on the "massively overpriced comment ) if the offer price is as you say "may be a bit on the cheap" why would MYS be interested at all, just being cheap is not enough reason to aquire, and how will they extract value? Change is required, no question, and I sincerely hope it comes, but at a fair value. Along with many others I need to be convinced THIS change is value and better for ALL stake holders, and that I am simply not being bent further over the desk.
