The problem is that posters often speculate and say IF THEN
Often the IF relates to positive news and the THEN relates to decent share price appreciation
The IF has come to realisation many times eg BARDA grant, comon cold phase 2 trial success, Tamiflu reistance findings etc, but the THEN never seems to be realized and hence we languish at 69 cents despite having a desirable pipeline that is progressing well.

Let's hope the IF THEN works to the script for once regarding the demise of PC and the move to the US.
