proposed new issue of securities

Hi All,

I just read the online announcement regarding the new issue of securities. How do I actually buy and pay for the relevant shares in Aquenox?

I have another similar issue of options for a different company which I don't have to do anything as the options are issued automatically.

For example I have about 5000 shares, so I can apply for approximately 1650 new shares at $0.01/share. So how do I pay for this and apply for it?

Also, can someone explain the options to me? It says they cost $0.001/option and then says they are exercisable at 20c. Does that mean I can cash them in when the stock hits 20c?
