I saw this in the news too. Xstrata have said that the philipine government should honour all existing contracts but im not sure if there is any certainty. I think it was only a draft document from the government but i guess we will have to wait and see how this affects SRM.
Someone obviously didnt like it with the big sell today. Hopefully it bounces back off 15c like it has several times.
