I don't know.
If you were taking part in a placement (sophisticated or not) you would like to get a discount to the current sp, especially given the performance of the sp recently.
Hopefully management have expectations/confidence that by the time this is negotiated the sp will be significantly higher than it is currently trading at...we'll have to watch this space I guess.
