Interesting resolution to be included at AGM. It has it's advantages and disadvantages...
Judging by the last 2 years of Permian Basin takeovers/activity, it would appear we may have some undisclosed 'sniffing' going on, and/or a possibility of this occurring in the not too distant future.
Now, taking into account and utilizing some of the standard metrics that apply here, such as, but not limited to, current production, lease size, acre-spacing, proved and probable reserves, proved undeveloped, and recent sale/takeover amounts, it would appear that GGP could be valued anywhere from 110M to over 300M, which would equate to takeover bid/s starting from 0.065 to over 0.17.
I am seriously considering holding out and not budging for anything under 10c?
DYOR.
