You have a pretty comprehensive list of questions there, well covered and hugely relevant to RIs. Of course we must expect some of the answers may be limited due to sp sensitive news and potential upcoming negotiations.

Question; was there a reason the CR was not done when the sp was at a peak of $13 plus? funding raised at
$10 plus could have resulted in a extra mill for the same number of shares OR a lesser amount having to be issued.
