What about... If the company truly believes our market cap is considerably undervalued, why is it that we constantly raise capital below current market cap. If the company and the top 10 truly believe in the company surely it would be beneficial to both the company and the top ten share holders to raise capital above current market cap and push the price up. This would not only be fair for top ten as buying these shares on market would add considerable value to the company but also the B class holders that did not have the option to participate. This would also make the top tens other holding more valuable. ( i know i'm dreaming)
