Dear Shareholders of Monitor Energy Limited.
Today at 4 pm (WST) Tuesday the 14 June 2011, we delivered 101 signed Proposed Resolutions to the offices of Cape Lambert Resources at 18 Oxford Close Leederville Western Australia.
The Board of Monitor Energy Limited must now call and arrange and hold an Immediate Extraordinary General Meeting Sub Section 2 of Section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001.
It will then be up to the Shareholders of the Company to decide on whether the Company applies to the ASX for a waiver of Listing Rule 6.23.3 to extend the MHLO options until 31 August 2013 and increase the exercise price to 3 cents, which once all options are exercised will make the Company approximately $45 million dollars that could/should be used to reach the full potential of it's oil and gas asetts in the Cooper Basin and the oil, gas and uranium asetts in The Kyrgyz Republic. We would like to thank the Shareholders for their support in signing the Proposed Resolution and look forward to their continued support at the Extraordinary General Meeting.

Can you please continue to send in your votes for the Proposed Resolutions as every vote counts!

    Thanks once again

    George Peou
