Call me naive but there is "perhaps" another slant on this announcement...........

First of all it requires shareholders (that's US!!) to approve.
Second it requires the approval of Itochu - why would they approve???

More importantly why would you SELL 25% of something you are suing to get the other 75%???

"Looking" for a buyer is not the same as selling!
What it would do is establish a "VALUE" for our 25% and perhaps a basis to get DAMAGES in lieu of the 75% which I do not think AGS will get??
