i have a pretty good memory i think. someone can test me on this and prove me wrong but i am pretty sure one of the conditions in the itochu deal basically states that alliance can make a final decision on doing any business with itochu simply based on whether we think it is the best thing for us at the time. we got that contract under control. that's a right. maybe lessons were learnt from previous experiences. just saying.
