Unless stated otherwise the Court Case should continue. Raw mentioned in an earlier post the elephant had merged with the wall paper for the time being.

To sell our 25% stake, AGS require S/H approval, consent from Itochu and Quasar to forgo their pre-emptive right. This all takes time and the Court date is less than two weeks hence and estimated to take five or six weeks. Probably concluded before we get to vote on a sale, and if the gods are well and truly crazy we might have 100% of four mile to sell.
