I like it, if I am reading it right.

The proposed sale indicates AGS are not confident they will win full control in court.

By announcing the proposed sale 2 weeks before the case starts they indicate they are not chickening out of the legals.

Possibly there are benefits to there position in court by wanting to exit the asset.

I still think pay day is a little way off but I will consider buying in the next few weeks
