Clearly AGS is looking for an exit, and this process may justify selling it for a low-ball figure to Q/H.

Any moneys left over will NOT go to us as any 'special dividend', the ann clearly said so. On that basis there never was any intention to let us have a share of revenue either. That's where Chile comes in. Perhaps it's some dud or phantom project to keep money out of the hands of shareholders. At least another money hole.
