I note with interest Garrison's interest in this company.
Garrison seems to specialise in putting deals together, often by snapping up shells like this one then restructuring and value adding before selling them off.
Mathew Wood and Tim Flavel seem to have a good history of finding resources and selling for a good return.
Their web page lists the following companies as investments- AVB, CRJ, HAR, HUN, LRC, LIN, OKL, SBL, VOR and Wolf Petroleum. Some of these have been sold and others under negotions. There is a weighted interest in Mongolian resources here be pleased to see some involvement here.
I feel that is this bid sucessfull we may see a growth in SP but possiably a consolidation then a capital raising first.
I have a holding in VOR and watched this management team for a short while, fingers crossed for a turn around.
