I take it from your comments that you believe that Linc caused damage-perhaps you need to get hold of the submissions before placing guilt on Linc
Linc doesn't run the government and its their fault re Carbon not Linc-they just dont have a scientist with them in government all ex Unionists or folk that cant get a real job and know Jack about anything and dont have a clue
