DGR confirmed in quarterly that court hearing is scheduled for Dec so this is unlikely to be wound up this calendar year.
also noticed in LKO quarterly that they have objected to the transfer of AJQ’s 51% of PEP169 to ADZ Energy, not sure what that means for AJQ.
