    What's your take on the proposed transaction?

    Am I right in saying that Blackwood Coal is using CVG as the shell for a backdoor listing as opposed to an IPO?

    Aside from the formalities, CVG shares will be consolidated on a 2 for 1 basis and the minimum listing price is 20c ... does that price CVG shares at 10c each?
