Pretty disappointed with the announcement today. The way I read it was the Chinese take half of CMY, and then they take the tenements (the good bits), and then take 60 precent of that. Sounds like highway robbery to me for the regluar shareholder.

Then again, you look at the vague announcement style and it says non-binding, heresy of a friend who told me to tell you in an email and I hope you understand type announcement; Worthless and the market reacted accordingly.
