I was simply making the point that the reduction in the offer price is modest compared to the slump in the share price following both the Fukushima disaster and the talked about Namibian mining rule changes. It is also much less than the reduction ARMZ got in their takeover of Mantra Resources following Fukushima on its own.
I've been in EXT since before the Rossing South discovery and I bet I know as much about the stock as you do.
The fact is despite the crystal ball gazing about a billion pounds in the ground, the Chinese have been the only ones to table an offer. If that offer is so unreasonable, why are Kalahari accepting it in the absence of a materially better offer. I will probably hang around to see if RIO make a counter offer, but failing that I will sell and look elsewhere.
One other thing ... good manners cost nothing.
