I concur, this is a painful wait but no volume means no interest before finance is announced.
On the bright side of things, look how the so-called competition is faring (disclaimer: no down ramping intended, just facts !): LMB is down almost 85% from its recent highs, TON down 83% and KNL down 74%.
So MNS being down "only" 33% from the July14 highs is somehow reassuring...
It all depends on the financing, the production AND whether the SOEs will keep up their word about buying the stuff (because nobody besides them has the insight on what the contract implies in case they default).
