Disclosure rules are set to protect Investors. Those that are caught flaunting them, fail and end up in one place.

There is no lack of information flow whatsoever. Independant reports have been issued and the findings reported. Lack of information would be failing to report the findings.

You're opinion as you call it is nothing short of an acusation of withholding market sensative information.

If you want to know the science behind it to ease your imagination then I suggest you apply for a job with them.
