Hopefully we venture into 5 handle territory this week. Once HLI is done with their share buy backs, I’m assuming by the end of the year, and of course if market conditions remain favourable for HLI, their dividends should continue to be monstrous for the foreseeable future.
One point to be mindful of going forward is HLI’s LMI contract with CBA will expire 31st Dec 2025. It’s usually extended however if CBA decides not to extend, that’s a sizeable amount of revenue that will be lost. And of course this is approx 2yrs away but if you’re a longer term investor this is something to keep in the back of your mind…
