Looks to me as if Toby is trying keep in good with Harry so the Board don't replace him with Andrew.

Ian McIlwraith in the SMH on the 13th also wrote an article which advises that Tony Clarke has been fingered as CFO (at least on a short term basis). That might also put the heat on Toby.
