Solid day for PropTech today.

Market is beginning to catch on. The IPO was delayed significantly due to COVID and it seemed as if many that participated simply wanted to recoup their original investment. I saw it as a perfect opportunity to step in on day 1 at 28.5c when it was a 25c IPO.

Fundamentals seem quite attractive to me. Technology innovation in the property marketplace industry, Simon Baker as chairman and $11 mill revenue coming in.

Great to see an immediate short term gain here, however PTG remains a highly lucrative longer term investment.
