All of these are great products. I am not sure though why you would buy ILC (top 20) and then also IOZ (top 200) as you would be doubling up on the top 20 this way.
I would use ILC and then EX20 (Top 200 excluding the ex 20) which will then allow you to create your own mix of the large and small cap as you desire. I am also watching SMLL as an alternative to the Small Cap fund as it seems to be a little more intelligent. Finally, in this day in age, hard not to have a good look at NDQ (Nasdaq 100) which owns Facebook, Amazon etc.
