I sold out my other half just now. RNT has potential but I think the share price is more likely to hit 20 before it gets to 50 again. I think it's going to take a while to get agents to justify paying $99 for each listing until they are the undisputed leader, and they may run out of cash in the process. So I'm happy to stick the profits on my mortgage and see what develops.
It's been a fun ride and good luck to those still holding. Definitely my best buy of 2015. $4800 from an investment of $4000 in less than 6 months.
