their cash increased by $41k this quarter, debt is drawn at $2.9M out of $7. you can see in various material ie the investor presentation october 2016 page 7 and page 10, that they outline the revenue was kept low with:
Reflects volume increase and market establishment/clearance pricing on surplus.
Value sales in FY16 impacted due to discounts to clear overstocked biomass in non core markets.
In other words they used the write-down in value of the fish to keep revenue low. I will be willing to bet revenue growth will look good this year.
Estimated cash outflows next quarter are much higher, but so to should the revenue which should be squaring off again or look nice on paper....
