In hindsight the bottom of this panic will have been the time to buy heavily.........the big problem is where on earth is the bottom.........bear markets are good at losing bulls money when they buy in on bear rallies thinking that's the bottom so for me I'll wait a while yet. It is conceivable I suppose that we will see high 40's low 50's before all this is over with.
