I don't expect any coming resource ann to show a big enough tonnage of >2.5% (equiv) to support the dream.
snatching 100M at 7% is a pretty substantial move, i'll concede, especially to demonstrate against 'local friends' who drive a much harder bargain.
at the end of the day, it is in the resource and scale, which we still cannot really understand outside of the inside
that in itself makes cdu interesting as well as tradeable imo
