Hi Patprice,

the shares on issue will increase as CDU has a contract with SinoSteel to issue 6,376,811 shares for the provision of the power plant & installation etc. So once that contract is complete and those shares are issued the total on issue will be 211,393,985.
This is still a relatively low number of shares on issue, especially if you compare it to some other junior explorers, who look to have NO chance of getting to mining.

On the Debt, I don't think that will be allowed to hang around too long, if the facility is drawn down, partly or otherwise.
WM has worked hard to not rely on debt, so I think he will want to discharge it as soon as possible, just my thoughts,
