I'll tell you why WM landed the revoling facility. I will also answer why the DSO sales are taking so long. Both in the one answer.

Now WM has the revolving facility, he has removed the time element from the equation.

Now the DSO negotiations can be completed without the other side dragging the chain for a low ball price. WM can shop elsewhere too ifg the current folk are intrasnsigent.

With the DSO in place, WM may not even need the revolving facility other than insurance and a good nights sleep.
