Thought a change of pace during some down time could be a nice distraction
Many have mentioned the desire to go down a dual listing path to silence the evils of manipulation so just wondering what sort of pros and cons we all see on such a move.
To get the ball rolling (If anyone is interested) the link below may be worth checking out .... it's a few years old but the only one I have on file and is still valid IMO ...
