Hi insaf..... yes it would be telegraphing to the market the game was afoot. In fact if we have anything along these lines in the next week or so I am guessing FAR may have been more prepared than some think. I find it impossible to believe that the quality of FAR's management team could be blindsided....someone always knows something. DB
