My main question is this.
How does a Tight hole policy work?
Some posters said that no major oil company would make a move until the numbers were firmed up and DOC declared.
They were wrong.
WPL has made a move based on what?
How can they arrive at a price based on what?
Did COP breach the THP?
If so, were FAR & CNE made aware?
It is akin to insider trading if one company was privy to this highly confidential information.
Judging by the monumental eff up on Thursday morning it seems FAR had no clue a deal was being done.
Something aint right.
