I have been watching and accumulating this stock for the past few months and as recent as a few days ago.
The pros as I see it are:
- Enough cash to keep the company going after cap raising - Strong demand for Platinum and good prices - Switch to owner/operator - Recent good exposure - Big upside potential if the company gets its production going
Cons
- Doubts about management to execute changes and start bringing a return for investors (which are easing now that things are on the up)
IMHO this stock is poised to recover from its recent losses in SP because the pros easily outnumber the cons, so I have been happy to buy and hold recently. If the evidence of a turnaround isn't there in the coming months then I will re-assess.
