Trading numbers may show that more people want to buy this stock, than sell - lots of hope here that VISA is going to sign... it shows people are excitable... who, is following whom and why
CEO has said that statement from VISA announcement of April 2019, extended November 2019 "detailed discussions continue to progress in good faith" still remains current. Which confirms they are still talking... but people are drawing conclusions that it is imminent... based on what?
