    I would agree 100% and I cannot understand why this cannot be resolved quickly
    there is no tailing dam in the development and that is supposedly one of the prosecution's objections
    as I understand it we are still awaiting the report or the prosecutor brief in order to respond so it was been 3 weeks and no progress
