It's seems too coincidental that on the same day we learn of Luk (now the Top Honcho at BRM) being investigated by the ICAC and hours later this Supplemental Circular ASX release. A bit fishy to say the least.
There is always the risk is that if Luk is found guilty of something by ICAC (highly likely related to BRM - since that's what he has been doing for the best part of the last 12 months), then BRM holders will be caught in no man's land.
BRM is too high a risk with the propsect of Luk doing time. Corruption is a serious crime in HK punishable by imprisonment. The HK ICAC has a reputation of being their own man and have real teeth.
If they request ASIC to suspend trading of BRM shares indefinitely pending a thorough investigation, then we are buggered.
The ICAC doesn't nab people and go public without solid foundations.
Where there is smoke, there is FIRE !
