To get real shareholder value especially through the exponential growth stage i would much rather see Share Buybacks over a period of a few years.
It would do three things.
1) As far as i am aware, it would be more cost effective for the company. Please correct me if i am wrong.
2) Would mean alot less shares on the market providing buying pressure.
3) It would also put pressure on the short sellers, especially the big boys.
Thats just my opinion.
