Then there's a young but not to young thoughtful bloke in Pocock. lt would be good if there were a few more of him around rather than head nodding party machine lightweights from both sides.
For me l wouldn't like to see too many independants as the quality may drop and they may not work together . Hence we won't get anything done.
While green(ish) is good, there's some pretty wacky ideas among the Greens without looking too hard.
Overall, the electorate is moving away from the RWNJs whether they like it or not.
Our western democracy is frustratingly a long way from ideal but compared to others around the world it's not too bad. We have progressed as a country. Just way too slow imo.
