I don't think that the 5% threshold will be reached that will allow for a call for an EGM and potential board spill.
However, it is still a great opportunity for everyone who has put forward their details to draft a letter to the Board of management to voice the grievances about lack of performance.
It may provide the impetus for the current board to get a haircut and start delivering on key milestones.
