sure, its possible that the exchange would just get flooded with sell orders, and the exchange rate is likely to heavily dilute whatever meagre amount of equity (if any) exists at that time. Not every BNBG holder is likely to go down the exchange road though for fear of this very situation. Some may hold on for 2015 and their compounding interest.
BTW next time can you please post a link to where you were getting your info from. I assume you saw that bloomberg news article too.
