Medfield - They have a reasonable market cap of $220m. Everything is in Swedish so it's a bit hard to get an understanding of where they are up to, however from reading they have gone through at least 5 clinical trials from the report below dating back to 2017.
(not sure if the link is working, but you can google their report.. stefan_blomsterberg_medfield_2017-10-24_002 ).
So i guess the question is why they haven't progressed and how this timeline compares to EMV.
