I posted earlier this year about the possibility that H would quietly buy up shares because they were not prepared to meet Gandels figure. This would not show up because the shares would be warehoused.A number of other posters also reflect this way of thinking. The shareholding structure helps this with the board owning over 50% and happy to leave it at that - the hard core including Wils hot copper group - no buyer in a hurry - watching the share trading I agree with Sis that the price can be directed.
I also have become critical of the board because the small shareholder could be thrown to the wolves by the lack of info from the company - causing more to throw in the towel which then helps H pick up more and brings the board closer to a successful offer.
My faith in the theory has been damaged by the amount of time it has gone on - bit by bit we get worn down." Always buy your straw hat in the winter "
Anyway I'm hanging on - nice to see the spot price racing up .
