NXS has stated re Zimmer complaint that they will 'vigorously defend' their position against ZB if negotiations fail and proceed to court.

In the meantime, I understand NXS is still proceeding with their Xperience rollout as planned?
Regarding the pulsed lavage systems. They are just water pistols really, to shoot a jet of irrigation solution of surgeons' choice. Easily procured generic surgical device. NXS main objective imo is to get surgeons to run Xperience through that water pistol. The current usual standard practice in orthopaedics is saline only.
A major impediment for surgeons is a lack of independent evidence on NXS products. They're a conservative bunch, and it will take hard evidence to shift the herd.
Favourable conclusions from studies underway and pending for Xperience will help. (p10,11 in investor presentation 17 May 2021)
